Refund policy
All sales are final due to the nature of our products. Please note that once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes, accept refunds, exchanges or returns.
Some of our products may include oils, butters, and/or waxes that can melt in higher temperatures causing them to arrive in a melted or liquid state. The quality of the product will remain even if the consistency upon arrival is different than expected. Please place the product in the refrigerator or cool room and allow it to solidify. By making a purchase, you have consented to the possibility of a product arriving in this manner and refunds will not be issued based on consistency upon arrival.
A full ingredients list is provided for each of our products and we encourage our customers to contact us if they have any questions or concerns about our products prior to purchasing. Please be sure to read the ingredients for any possible allergies. KADE is not responsible for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products. Please perform a patch test on any topical products. If any reaction/irritation occurs, please discontinue use.
Our products are made in small batches for maximum quality and freshness, so we are restricted from accepting returned products for refunds. However, we do understand there can be special circumstances and ask that you contact us to discuss.
We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents. As a small handcrafted business we cannot offer returns or exchanges due to the dislike of a scent.
Please make sure to use clean, dry hands or tools when applying our skincare products to avoid contamination. Avoid adding water, and store in a cool, dry place.
