Shipping policy

We ship anywhere within the United States via USPS and all orders include tracking details. Our intent is to process your order within 2-3 days. An email confirmation will be provided along with tracking information once the order has shipped.

Please note that once the order has shipped we cannot control USPS transit times and any delivery issues that may occur.

Some of our products may include oils, butters, and/or waxes that can melt in higher temperatures. When ordering please make sure your order is shipped to an address where it will be collected promptly. If needed, place product in the refrigerator to solidify. 

KADE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages when delivery has been confirmed. We are also not responsible for any package not delivered due to missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information.

We currently do not ship internationally.
